Technical architect and project manager. Executed RFP selection of analog/VoIP switching platform supporting a multimedia call center and administrative staff of approximately 200. Implemented first unified messaging and VoIP-capable system for BP worldwide. Included inter-site call center networking with Des Moines, IA (Avaya) and La Palma, CA (Aspect) call centers. Platform bundled IVR/ACD/PBX/ ERMS and Quality Recorder components to deliver integrated capability under budget and on time.
