Mr. Hazy has been working in telecommunications since 1989 when he joined AT&T. Shortly thereafter he moved into Bell Labs where he soon became the Bell Labs liaison to Intel. While there he developed telecommunications strategy for the semiconductor giant.

Since the late 90s he has largely worked as an independent consultant (with short stints in a consultancy and as CTO for a few startups). Most of this work has related to contact center technologies, including ATDS.

Mr. Hazy has a B.A. in English from Yale, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
